Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:

Responsibilities:

  • manage software licenses, financial quotations, and order processing for internal and external customers
  • coordinate and book trainings for global customers,
  • ensure professional communication with LenelS2 customers and team via phone and email,
  • prioritize and resolve customer requests in a timely manner,
  • collaborate with multiple departments, including Technical Support, Sales, and Product Management.

Oczekujemy :

Requirements:

  • excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation,
  • self-driven with initiative and a focus on process improvements,
  • advanced English proficiency (written and spoken),
  • customer service experience, preferably in an international role,
  • proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of SalesForce and Oracle being an advantage.
