Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:
Responsibilities:
- identify and address business IT and information security risks, translating them into technical control requirements,
- lead security improvement initiatives and ensure alignment on goals with functional managers and the Group CISO,
- assess current and future threats, providing a realistic overview of risks and ensuring compliance with security policies,
- support audits and offer security awareness and training for different audience levels,
- manage security incidents and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to establish risk-level agreements,
- ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including audit support and incident reporting to the Group CISO.
Oczekujemy :
Requirements:
- bachelor's or master's degree in information security, computer science, or related fields, or comparable business experience,
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an information security role,
- experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, TPISR, SOC2),
- fluent English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- strong leadership, project management, and technical security knowledge.
