Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:
Your responsibilities:
- coordinate client engagements, including hosting implementation calls, tracking milestones, and maintaining regular communication with clients and resellers,
- manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery,
- oversee end-to-end processes in the system, such as quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and project closure,
- provide detailed reporting on key metrics, including capacity, productivity, and service KPIs, to support operational excellence,
- act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and project status updates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oczekujemy :
Our requirements
- minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in designing, developing, or supporting technical solutions,
- proficiency with CRM tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
- English proficiency (B2+),
- strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
