Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:
Your responsibilities:
- manage and coordinate project planning, scheduling systems, program controls, and work processes, ensuring effective reporting and supporting the overall project,
- ensure compliance with Global Major Projects guidelines for reporting procedures, productivity data presentation, and progress tracking,
- collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to develop accurate work schedules, metrics, and reports while providing scheduling guidance,
- monitor daily progress, productivity, and performance, proactively implementing improvements and ensuring accurate data collection for reporting and payment validation,
- work with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and subcontractors to identify scope changes, assess impacts using scheduling tools like Primavera/MS Project, and develop recovery plans if needed,
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, including changes and amendments, while assisting in any additional tasks required by the Manager.
Oczekujemy :
Our requirements
- experience in a big scale project scheduling,
- very good knowledge of scheduling tools (Ms Project, Primavera),
- being capable to break down the project into smaller, manageable components or work packages,
- able to create a hierarchical structure to represent the various tasks and subtasks,
- knowledge about setting the key milestones in the project timeline.
