Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:
Key Responsibilities:
- build and nurture strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and focusing on successfully implementing and optimizing strategic goals,
- assist Key Account Managers in their daily tasks and processes, ensuring everything is well-documented and running smoothly,
- take ownership of customer-related projects, ensuring they are completed according to agreed-upon plans and objectives,
- keep customer data up-to-date by maintaining internal records, preparing clear presentations, and managing planning information,
- support the sales process by preparing quotes, issuing invoices for development costs, tools, and samples, and reviewing purchase orders to ensure accuracy,
Oczekujemy :
Requirements:
- 3 years of a professional experience in the B2B sales sector,
- very good command of English for communication in an international environment,
- proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP (nice to have),
- strong organizational and analytical skills,
- ability to work in a team.
